we just stayed at Minh Tam Hotel And Spa and had a wonderful experience. the location is ideal, close to the airport and surrounded by many dining options. the staff, particularly nguyen & huyen at reception, and nguyen the bellboy, were incredibly friendly and helpful. the massage services in the hotel were convenient, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. we were impressed by the level of service and will definitely return.

Friendly staff, reasonable price and close to airport.
No breakfast buffet, under-average breakfast choice. Noisy street facing rooms. Beware of 5% surcharge if paying by credit card. Howerver, I have been exempted this charge due to the length of stay.

Decent room for a good price not too far from the airport, altho not as close as they claimed. Liked being served breakfast in my room. No complaints, altho nothing to rave about either. Just a decent clean place for not much money.

The staff was very kind and helped when I needed to store luggage...and return to the hotel at a later date. They arranged good airport transport...were there to greet me with their little sign.

A very nice and clean hotel. Matches most of the mid-range hotels in Europe and us. The location was perfect. Close to the airport (5-7 mins drive), walking distance to shopping mall, bus stop right in front of the hotel. If you ever take the bus from downtown, take #4 that stops right in front of the hotel. They allowed an early check in and had extremely courteous staff. Will stay here again.
Cannot blame the property for it, as almost everyone smokes everywhere in Vietnam. There was a faint smell of smoke in the room that bothered me initially.

Staffs are very nice friendly and very helpful.The room we were in was a good one,clean and i love the furnitures.Hopefully they would provide a hair straightener :-) in the soonest future,would be handy for guests especially like me who wants to iron my hair after drying it. Location isn't bad,near to market,restaurants ,shops and airport. Its a great value for money as well. We definitely would come back to stay at Pearl Palace in HCMC. Meg&Andrew

The breakfast was reported to be buffet and was not. It was delivered to the room instead. There was not a lot of choice in the menu and a second cuppa was dificilt. There was a jug in the room but no tea or coffee.

The hotel was near the airport and worked well as a place to stay between flights.
It was quite noisy as its it's on a busy road.

The cleanliness of the hotel and the extremely friendly staff - they couldn't have been more helpful!
They e-mailed me following my stay to confirm that I had been charged for the room through Booked.net ........ and included all my credit card details on the e-mail for all to see!!!
